Monica has 15 years of experience in education, having led PSHE education in state and independent schools; she is passionate that the subject can enable and empower young people to make informed, safe choices during their adolescence and beyond. She feels privileged to work with and support dedicated PSHE teachers to make a positive difference in the lives of those they teach. With experience as Assistant Head for Teaching and Learning, Monica is committed to research-led practice which has the students at its centre.
