Bio
Heide is an insight and analytics executive who spent the last 15 years in executive leadership on the client side, championing consumers to deliver culturally relevant brands and multiyear brand growth. She’s a transformative force – creating departments from the ground up, reigniting brands and pushing for what’s next. Most recently, she transitioned from CPG into biotech and fintech, reshaping capabilities and strategies. She spent half her career at Constellation Brands, building the department from one to 50 employees. Other insights experience includes Tropicana, ConAgra and Kellogg’s. She has a master’s in marketing research from SIUE and a B.S. from Bradley University.
