Michael Scuteri

Director of Contract Administration at Crowley Government Services Logistics & Supply Chain

Mr. Michael Scuteri is responsible for a $2.5 Billion portfolio as director of overall Federal contract administration for Crowley Maritime’s Supply Chain Logistics group. He helps assure that Small Businesses receive subcontracts under Crowley’s large, multi-year contracts awarded by the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), all of which require Small Business Subcontracting Plans. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who spent 14 of his 24 years in the U.S. Army as an Acquisition Officer, serving as the Director of Contracting in Kuwait, Deputy Director of LOGCAP/Afghanistan, Army Sustainment Command's Acquisition Advisor to the Commanding General, and other key assignments. He is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager with a career total of 17 years in the acquisition and contract management field; and a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) in Jacksonville, Florida where he serves as the Programs Chair.
