Retired Colonel from the French Air Force after 26 years of service, Mr Dominique COLIN joined EUROCONTROL as a senior standardisation and certification expert responsible for developing a performance-based certification concept.
Committed to UAS since 2012, he is leading the ICAO RPASP WG2, standardising the future C2 Link service provision for a safe integration of RPAS into the future operational environment.
He is also participating in the Exploratory Research Project “Future aviation CNS technologies (FACT)” and leading several initiatives aiming at developing tools supporting low altitude risk assessments.
