Israel Lang has been in the I.T. channel for 25 years. Throughout his career, and especially over the past 8 years through consulting first and 3 years of practical application, he has noticed a trend around capacity management of service teams. He observed a trend of guess work and a lack of standard practices / metrics for service team human capital capacity management. This process has stemmed out of a desire to move past general best practice conversations and stop expecting service teams to just "deal with it" and stop having Service teams hold the bag poor managerial and sales practices.
