Doug Melville is the celebrated best selling author of Invisible Generals (Simon & Schuster), his family story of America's first two Black Generals. He also serves as a corporate strategist on reputation, diversity, and AI in business, and is a contributor for Forbes.
Most recently Melville resided in Geneva, Switzerland as Global Head of Equity for Richemont (parent co. of Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chloe, et al) where he traveled throughout 40 countries to advise on policy.
Prior, Melville was CDO at TBWA on Madison Ave, and sat on the executive team of Magic Johnson Enterprises in Beverly Hills, CA.
He’s been featured on CBS Saturday Morning, The Daily Show & The Breakfast Club. Melville is also lecturer on Reputation Management at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, and a founding Board Member of ADCOLOR.
