Hisham Farouk has been part of the profession for over 20 years, and has led Grant Thornton UAE for the past decade. With a focus on innovation, as well as exemplary leadership, he has played a key role in transforming the firm into one of the fastest-growing professional service firms in the UAE. Hisham has completed a two-term period as a member of the Board of Governors in Grant Thornton International and was a founding member of technology and innovation committee for Grant Thornton International.
Across the region, Hisham is well-known for leading high-profile advisory engagements for some of the largest international conglomerates and local groups, mainly across the financial, hospitality, real estate, construction, aviation, fast-moving consumer goods, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and family business sectors.
