Kate Shirlow MSc RGN is a Trainee Vascular Advanced Practitioner working within the Leeds Vascular Institute. She is currently in year 2 of the training programme. Prior to this she worked as a Vascular Nurse Specialist where she gained an extensive knowledge in lower limb ulceration management working within wound care specialist for the last decade. Her passions include differential diagnosis, expanding evidence based care and the management of complex disease/ulceration.
