Dr. Evans graduated from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health on a military scholarship. Following graduation from dental school, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency (AEGD) with the United States Army and enjoyed being stationed in GA, OK and WA. After completion of his tour with the Army, he joined the Army Reserves and currently practices in Salt Lake City, Utah. He and is business parter are industry leaders in full-mouth rehabilitation. His clinical passion ranges from basic care, to patient education, esthetics, implants and oral rehabilitation.
