Marc Feldmann is a senior principal at AI consulting firm Alexander Thamm. Building on over 10 years of experience, he helps chemical firms in Europe leverage data and AI—from procurement, R&D, production, and sales to support functions. In this role, Marc partners with industry leaders to originate business-driven data and AI programs, and builds teams that deliver these programs with technical excellence. Previously, Marc was a senior associate at PwC and a data analyst in the chemical industry.
Marc’s expertise on AI in the chemical sector has been featured in leading industry media such as C&EN, Chemical Industry Journal, and CHEManager. He has been an invited speaker at associations and think tanks such as German Chemical Industry Association VCI and de'ge'pol German Society for Policy Advice. Marc also serves in the management team West of the German Data Science Society. He holds a PhD in management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
