Evan M. Tager is a Partner in Mayer Brown LLP’s Washington, D.C. office. A co-leader of the firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate practice, Evan has been integrally involved in a range of issues of paramount importance to the business community, including punitive damages, class-certification standards, admissibility of expert testimony, and enforceability of arbitration agreements. He is editor-in-chief of Mayer Brown’s blog on punitive damages, Guideposts and represented the Chamber of Commerce of the U.S., the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the American Tort Reform Association on an amicus brief filed with the Missouri Supreme Court in Ingham v. Johnson & Johnson. Evan is a member of WLF's volunteer Legal Policy Advisory Board.
