Bio
Autumn Proudlove is the Managing Director of Policy & Markets at the NC Clean Energy Technology Center. Autumn lead's the Center's Energy Policy Team and provides strategic direction on policy and market issues across the Center. Autumn oversees the Policy Team's portfolio of activities, including the Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) and DSIRE Insight policy tracking services, among many other initiatives. She serves as the lead author and editor for the 50 States of Solar, Grid Modernization, Electric Vehicles, and Power Decarbonization quarterly policy tracking report series. Autumn also leads the team's client-based research and analysis work and is heavily engaged in the Center's R-STEP project, addressing siting and permitting issues for utility-scale renewables in the Carolinas. Autumn received her Master's degree in Energy Regulation and Law, summa cum laude, from Vermont Law & Graduate School and her Bachelor's dgree from Dartmouth College.
