After his studies of sport science and molecular human biology, Sebastian ran several research projects on muscular energy metabolism and its adaptation to training, before he became the head sport scientist of the T-Mobile professional cycling team at the age of only 28.
In 2006 Sebastian founded the STAPS coaching business & human performance lab. STAPS would eventually become germanys biggest and most successful coaching business in germany.
Since 2015 Sebastian works as a performance consultant for several professional teams and national federations. He regularly presents and consults for Organizations such as: Team JUMBO-VISMA, german swimming federation, german triathlon federation, german skiing federation, belgium triathlon & cycling federation and many more.
In 2017 Sebastian launched INSCYD. Since then he has helped more than 100 coaching and testing businesses to reach the next level for both: better and more efficient training programs as well as greater business success.
