Raeda Al Sarayreh, Director, Corporate Communications and Outreach, Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP)
Raeda Al Sarayreh is an established leader with over 25 years of experience covering strategy development and execution, sustainability, strategic communications, and reputation management, across different businesses and sectors, with a particular emphasis on investment, financial, energy, advanced technology, telecoms, automotive and government.
Raeda is currently a member of the executive management team at APICORP, where her role focuses on leading change management, ESG integration, branding, and strategic communications, as well as supporting leadership in the transformation journey of the organization.
After starting her career as a diplomat in Washington DC in 1998, Raeda has gone on to occupy several high-profile positions. This includes Press Secretary for the Queen of Jordan, and Global Communications Lead for a 12 billion USD advanced tech investment fund. Raeda was also Country Manager for CH2M (now Jacobs), where she managed a $50-million revenue stream for the engineering consultant, achieving a 20% revenue growth in less than two years.
With a genuine passion for advancing talent and a keen focus on creating enabling environments for a more inclusive and diverse work ecosystem, Raeda has been a member of the 30% Club MENA since its launch in 2015, where she served a two-year rotation as its chair from 2018-2020.
Raeda is a certified executive coach and was awarded The Independence Medal by the King of Jordan in 2012 for her outstanding service to the country.
