Founder and CEO of The Devon Group, she has helped launch thousands of HR tech products and companies including sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, HRMS/payroll, talent management, succession planning and coaching solutions. She is the co-founder of #TheWork podcast and the Master Class in HCM. Before founding Devon, she ran product management at Ceridian.
