Josh Griffin is SBS’s Head of Talent Development and Inclusion responsible for recruitment, learning, leadership, employee experience as well as diversity and inclusion at Australia’s Multicultural and Indigenous broadcaster.
Josh firmly believes that diversity and representation are only part of the equation and that many Australian businesses are missing out by not placing equal focus on building inclusive, culturally capable teams that incorporate inclusive design principals into the way they work.
