Chief Master Sergeant Demond F. Ingram is the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 316th Civil Engineer Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. He leads the 3rd largest Squadron in the command, a diverse workforce of 446 military, civilian, and contract technicians in the operation and maintenance of 512 facilities with a plant replacement value of 6.7 billion dollars. Chief Ingram is responsible for coordinating support to the 89th Airlift Wing, 459th Air Refueling Wing, 113th Aerospace Control Alert Detachment, 1st Helicopter Squadron, and geographically separated communication sites in direct support of the President of the United States. Chief Ingram was born and raised in Sparta, Georgia, and entered the Air Force in June 1999. He started his career as an Electrical System Apprentice at Moody AFB, Georgia, in April of 2000. His career portfolio consists of multiple roles within the Civil Engineer community, including NCOIC of multiple AFSC disciplines, Additional Duty First Sergeant, Prime BEEF Manager, multiple Flight Chief and Superintendent roles, and SEL. His previous assignments were located in Georgia, Germany, South Dakota, South Korea, Alaska, and Colorado. He has also deployed in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, ANACONDA, MOUNTAIN LION, ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, Combined Joint Task Force HORN OF AFRICA, INHERENT RESOLVE, and Humanitarian relief for Super Storm Sandy.
