Mr. Parker is on a developmental detail with USACE Headquarters supporting the Chief of Construction on the USACE Relationships and the Partnering Initiatives. Before his HQ assignment, Mr. Parker was a Construction Area Engineer for Omaha District leading construction projects in the Front Range of Colorado and Wyoming. Prior to working with USACE, Mr. Parker led a design team for an A/E firm. Mr. Parker started his career with NAVFAC Washington supporting shore-side environmental cleanups efforts in the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Parker is an Environmental Engineer by training and a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado and Virginia. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife, son, daughter, and two Ragdoll Cats.
