Bio
Edward Tu is the dean and executive director of AstraZeneca University. A licensed pharmacist, he holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s of pharmacy degree. He is also a national second-level psychological (NLP) consultant and NLP international executive. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years and has rich experience in system management in the fields of training, learning, and talent development. Tu is a member of the expert committee of China’s Training magazine and was the editor-in-chief of the first edition of the whitepaper about the learning and development of talent in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, he is a committee member for the ATD China Summit, a member of the ATD International Conference & EXPO PAC, and a founding member of the ISPI Asia-Pacific Regional Committee for the International Society for Performance Improvement.
