Bio
Scott Beckner is a Senior Environmental Scientist with CalRecycle, where he manages the Renewable Energy and Climate Change section. His responsibilities include greenhouse gas assessment of solid waste activities, technical evaluation of innovative solid waste processing technologies, implementation of CalRecycle’s Greenhouse Reduction Fund grant programs, and bioenergy policy. Previously, Scott has also worked in solid waste permitting and inspections, CEQA analysis, and extended producer responsibility.
