Roxan Waldeck is the founder of Apeirogon Youth Development Academy. She has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is passionate about education and youth development and social transformation. With a diverse background, her skill-set is unique to the wine industry. Her approach to education is deliberate, values-based and human-centred. Roxan is a Time to Think Facilitator, UCT GSB, Business of Wine Alumni, a SAYes Mentor and Michael Fridjhon Wine Academy Graduate, with a WSET Level 3 certificate. She serves on the South African Sommelier Association Education Committee and is actively involved in community development programmes in the Cape winelands.
