Barak Rosenbloom is the founder and chief essay mentor at EssayQuest, a company that provides personal mentoring and online guidance to high school students writing their college essays. With over 12 years of experience in this field, he has a master's degree in public policy and a passion for expanding college access to students of all backgrounds.
He has mentored over 500 individual students, led workshops for thousands of stakeholders, and worked with schools and non-profits across the country to develop programs and train their staff. He has also created EssayQuest, a self-directed, teen-tested, online program that makes the college essay process easier and more effective. Barak has a B.A. degree in History and English from Williams College and a Master of Public Policy Degree from the University of Michigan.
