Brian Kleinheiz is the technical service manager for thermosets at BYK USA. In this role, he assists composite manufacturers with BYK additives that improve the performance and processing of epoxies, vinyl esters, unsaturated polyesters and polyurethanes. Previously, he worked at Polynt Composites developing vinyl ester and unsaturated polyester formulations for the transportation, marine, energy and construction composite markets. Brian received a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has spent over 15 years in the composites industry.
