Bio
Dan is the Retirement Advisor Channel Manager for Paychex Retirement Services. He has been in the investment industry for 35 years, with the last 25 years spent in the retirement plan industry in sales, wholesaling, sales leadership, relationship management, and training.
Dan joined Paychex in 2012 as one of the first external retirement wholesalers for the newly created Financial Advisor wholesaling team, focusing on growing Paychex’s business with Financial Advisors. In his current role, he is responsible for relationship management and sales for all broker-dealer, RIA and investment partners that work with Paychex.
Prior to Paychex, Dan was in the retirement plan business with ADP Retirement Services. There he sold 401(k) plans, was in sales leadership, and then became the primary developer and first leader of the Retirement Services Sales Training program. Prior to his time with ADP, he was a financial advisor for 10 years.
Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut.
