Mr. Snook is a Senior Solid Waste Planner at Metro in the Waste Prevention and Environmental Services (WPES) Analytics unit. His educational background is in regional and urban planning and he has just over 25 years of experience in the planning field. The majority of his work experience is in transportation planning, and most recently he has entered into the solid waste planning arena. He is adept at taking complex topics and breaking them down into easy to understand stories allowing for informing a wide spectrum of audiences including elected officials, stakeholders, and the general public. His work at Metro is advancing their 2030 Regional Waste Plan and data management through innovative solutions.
