Between 2008 and 2015 Carl worked for UCB initially as Prayer Coordinator, then Ministry Director and before leaving Operations Director. Now living back in his home country of Wales, Carl is working on fewer projects to focus on being CEO of Neighbourhood Prayer Network - to find 260,000 Christians who will take spiritual responsibility for the street, they live on.
