Jayne is the Head of Omnichannel at Auckland Airport and leads the strategy development and execution across the Airport’s retail digital channels. During her 5 years with the Airport, she has been integral to the development and innovation of the Airport’s omnichannel platforms, launching the ecommerce marketplace The Mall, the Collection Point logistics and fulfillment platform and dedicated shopping experiences in partner channels. She is a strong advocate for defining a vision, customer centricity, digital transformation and stakeholder collaboration across the industry to create value.
Prior to her role with the Airport, she launched a tech start up and built it into a multi-channel retail operation across New Zealand and Australia. Jayne has also held strategic advisory and corporate finance roles at Ernst & Young for clients within the Retail, Technology, Foreign Investment and Construction & Infrastructure sectors and has worked for strategy consulting firms in the United Kingdom and Australia.
