Mr. Iyer is an astute Supply Chain Management executive with over 25 years of experience in the FMCG, healthcare, oil, and white goods space with proven expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Management, planning, procurement, logistics, and customer management. He embraces diverse environments committed to promoting creativity, effective problem solving, and breakthrough results using exceptional communication and leadership skills to coach, manage and motivate diverse professionals across various geographies and challenging environments. Mr. Iyer has lived and worked in multiple geographies before moving to Hamburg.

Mr. Iyer is currently the Global Vice President: Supply Chain Management at Beiersdorf AG envisioning the development of Supply Chain solutions of the future in line with the Beiersdorf Supply Chain roadmap for 2025. Prior to this, he worked as Regional VP for Emerging Markets in Dubai. He has lived in Mumbai, Hamburg, Moscow, Dubai before returning to Hamburg for a Global role. Before joining NIVEA India Pvt Ltd as the Supply Chain Director, he has also worked with other notable companies such as Johnson & Johnson, TOTAL, and Daikin Airconditioning Pvt Ltd holding multiple positions of responsibility.
