Health Instructor with Tulsa Tech and Volunteer Presenter with the Alzheimer’s Association Oklahoma Chapter
Bio
Crystal Stewart is an instructor at Tulsa Technology Center, a community educator volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association, and on the Board of Directors of Clarehouse as a community educator; she raises awareness about Alzheimer's disease and provides practical strategies for care and support.
As she shares strategies to help families cope with each stage of the disease, Crystal knows that she gains insight and wisdom from the individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer's on what truly matters in life.
Crystal has worked with individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer's for over 25 years. She is the recipient of the 2021 Khader K. Hussein Award. This award recognizes nursing students who demonstrate an interest in palliative care and end-of-life issues. Crystal holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Oklahoma.
