Angie is Vice President of Business Development for Martinez Construction Services, a small business specializing in General Contracting Services. Angie has over 25 years of experience in the federal design and construction industry, including as an active-duty Navy officer in the Civil Engineer Corps, working for a small environmental consulting firm, and a large government contractor. In 2015, she joined her sister and brother-in-law to build Martinez Construction Services from a small 2-person design consulting firm to a $20M/year contractor with over 30 employees. Angie is currently the Project Director for the Space Port Architectural and Civil Engineering (SPACE) contract. SPACE is a single-award task order contract for the Space Force providing Title I and Title II services supporting infrastructure demands at Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Angie has a degree civil engineering from Auburn University and is a registered Professional Engineer. Angie is a Fellow in SAME, a member of SAME’s Space Coast Post, is the Chair of SAME’s Construction Community of Interest, and currently on the SAME Executive Committee.
