Joe is an NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM). At Clay Lacy Aviation he serves as the Vice President of Fleet Development where he is grateful to work with a team of diverse aviation professionals who construct and manage world-class flight operations. He's also on the board of the Southern California Aviation Association (SCAA), focusing his time on mentoring students in non-traditional careers in aviation. His wife and two kids spend their free time traveling and exploring wilderness.
