Arwin has over 30 years of experience in the digital printing industry, specializing in applications such as transactional and promotional mailing, direct marketing, book-on-demand and in packaging.
Prior to joining DJM, Arwin was responsible for overseeing finishing equipment for high-volume roll-based laser and inkjet printers, collaborating closely with major vendors such as Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, and HP. After witnessing the shift from toner to inkjet technology first-hand, Arwin sought a new challenge, which led to joining DJM.
DJM is an independent developer and manufacturer of inkjet printing technology and celebrating over 30 years in the industry.
The in-house development includes:
• Hardware: Print modules, ink management systems, ink supply systems, and integration parts
• Electronics: Head driver electronics and FPGA programming
• Control Electronics: Process control units
• Software: Controller software (with a software-based rip engine), custom protocols, and interfaces
• Industrial Design: Prioritizing durability, reliability, easy maintenance, and simplicity
This has resulted in a broad product portfolio, based on around 10 different print heads, both thermal inkjet and piezoelectric, and offers the possibility to offer for every application the best possible printing solution.
At DJM, Arwin focuses on selling all types of – often customized - inkjet printing solutions to a wide range of customers. With a 'the right solution for every application' approach, we serve customers in over 28 countries with over 300 installed systems.
