Bio
Justin Shearer joined the PCI Energy Solutions team in 2013. Initially, Justin analyzed and developed settlements calculations in the SPPIM market. Shortly after, he was promoted multiple times through product management and solutions roles. Today, he actively supports and participates in all phases of business development, product development, and management as well as project deployment and consulting for the breadth of PCI products in his role as vice president of Solutions.
Justin earned his bachelor's in English literature and language from the University of Oklahoma. He then received his MBA with a focus in MIS and supply chain management from the Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
In his previous positions, Justin has been a quality assurance team lead for a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund and a security class actions analyst for a financial services firm.
