Tim Flanagan has been in the recycling and solid waste field for more than 34 years. As the general manager for the MRWMD, he has oversight of all operation and administrative services. Mr. Flanagan has been a member of CRRA (California Resource Recovery Association) since 1982 and is a supporting member of Californians Against Waste. He has a Bachelor's degree in public policy and economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
