Sandy F. Mullins, J.D., is a senior research scholar at the NYU Marron Institute where she assists public safety-related agencies and organizations in collaboratively designing and implementing reforms. She has served WA State Governor Jay Inslee as a senior policy advisor. She was director of the WA Department of Corrections Office of Executive Policy and the executive director of the WA Sentencing Guidelines Commission.
