Ann has over 20 years of experience as a veteran IT professional, specializing within the Banking industry in Change Management, Business Process Optimization & Reengineering, Installation, Migration, Implementation, and enhancement of complex and multi-site systems.
Ann was previously in IT at various companies, such as Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) from January 2001 to June 2006 as well as Citibank and was head of IT of Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of JG Summit, one of the largest Filipino conglomerates. As CEO of Traxion, Ann brings her experience in entrepreneurship as well as deep knowledge of banking and financial intermediary processes, payments, technology integration and implementation.
She is also a trustee at Landbank Countryside Development Foundation Inc (LCDFI) and an IT consultant to the Office of the President (OP) assigned to Department of Communication and Information Technology (DICT). Also a Director at Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) of the Philippines. She is also a well-known blockchain influencer here and abroad through an independent association called Women in Blockchain (WiB).
Ann continues to inspire more women in the startup community and mentors many budding founders in the tech scene.
