Jack Dempsey co-founded the Asset Management Partnership LLC, a consulting practice specializing in helping others improve outcomes through better asset management. Jack’s 30+ year experience ranges from a Civil Engineer and Officer in the US Coast Guard to a Director, Consultant, Advisor, Convener, Researcher, Author, and Board Member focused on advanced asset management implementations. At the National Academies he currently serves as a Member on the Board on Infrastructure and the Constructed Environment, Vice Chair on the Committee for a Strategy to Renew Federal Facilities, and Member on the Committee on the Technical Assessment of the Capital Facility Needs of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. He is also a Member of the International Standards Organization (ISO) Technical Committee 251 on Asset Management, a Fellow with the Institute of Asset Management, a Board Member and Senior Fellow at the Asset Leadership Network, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
