Rozana ALTayyar established TASWEA, which means settlement in 2015 to promote amicable conflict resolution within the business community in Saudi Arabia supporting business sustainability and commercial relationships.
Rozana is an accredited Mediator specializing in resolving business shareholder disputes, family businesses and workplace disputes. She is an executive board member at the International Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia(ICC-SA) and vice-chairman of the Arbitration and ADR national committee. She is also an accredited mediator with The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration and a member of the consultancy offices at Jeddah Chamber of Commerce. She also conducted a negotiation and mediation skills program in collaboration with the United States Department of Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) team and the American Arbitration Association(AAA) at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). Rozana is a member of B20 Saudi Arabia Trade and Investment Taskforce.
Rozana has over 13 years of Corporate Banking experience with HSBC-SA including portfolio management, lending and financing.
