Prof. Yasuda has been working for more than 20 years in the field of radiation dosimetry and health risk analyses. He was one of the authors of ICRP Publ. 132 “Radiological protection from cosmic radiation in aviation”. Soon after the Fukushima Daiichi accident, he worked for the public dose assessment of the Fukushima residents and then worked for the UNSCEAR secretariat as Project Manager to make the 2013 UNSCEAR Fukushima report. Currently he contributes to the work of EURADOS WG11 (High-energy radiation fields) and also WG10 (Retrospective dosimetry).
