Srinivasan "Sesh" Seshadri is the Chief Evangelist at Aerospike. Sesh is a veteran technology leader with over three decades of experience spanning academia, startups, and large companies. Sesh is an accomplished expert in databases with over 50 academic publications and more than a dozen patents in this area. He is also a leading expert in ML especially as applied to Search and Internet Advertising. Sesh has been an Assistant Professor at IIT Bombay, founded and led multiple startups to an exit in the Silicon Valley as well as India, and finally has been a senior leader at companies such as Google, Target, Yahoo, and Lucent Technologies. Sesh has a B.Tech, Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
