Horace has held senior management positions in digital and business strategy, as well as a range of technology roles within the financial services industry. Horace is currently Senior Manager of IT Risk and Cybersecurity at National Bank. An avid volunteer, Horace is a member of the board of directors at Volunteer Toronto and at the Jamaican Canadian Association. Horace holds an undergrad in Economics, and an Executive MBA jointly from the Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business.
