Bill Vassas is a Regional Vice President for Nationwide Retirement Solutions. Working in the state of New Jersey and the West Chester, New York territory, Bill is driven to provide better partnerships with financial professionals and better experiences for participants as they prepare for and live in retirement.
Bill has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with 15 years as part of the Nationwide retirement plans business, and as an entrepreneur business owner. His background provides him the ability and expertise as a retirement plans consultant to help business owners, plan participants, and financial professionals with qualified plans, both to design new retirement solutions and to transition existing ones as plans expand their offerings.
Bill received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University and has earned the AIF® designation. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses, as well as annuity and life insurance licenses. Bill, born and raised in New Jersey, lives in Brick, on the Jersey Shore, and is the proud father of his daughter, Tatiana (24). An avid golfer and skier, Bill’s other passion finds him boating on his beloved Jersey Shore waterways with family and friends.
