Pete Perret has been in the industry for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in developing processes and procedures for HVAC companies in the sales and service segments. Pete started in the business selling at the kitchen table and developed his own sales process to get started. He has earned the Trane Top 10 award twice in his career. Pete helps contractors understand their financials and manage their business using their P&L statement as a business decision tool. Pete’s passion is training technicians, front counter staff, and sales people to illustrate their value and the company’s value. When he is not working, he loves to ski and play golf.
