Bio
Seth represents Capital Impact Partners in its lending activities and leads loan originations in the DMV region, which includes working closely with DC's Department of Housing & Community Development to manage the District's Housing Preservation Fund (HPF). Before joining Capital Impact, Seth served as Director of Lending and Senior Underwriter at Building Hope, another Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) headquartered in the DMV that provides facility financing and real estate development solutions to charter public schools across the United States.
Prior to that, Seth was Director of New School Growth for Seton Education Partners, which included managing real estate acquisition and financing for the Brilla College Prep Charter School Network in the South Bronx. Seth has previously held positions in higher education and non-profit management in DC and CA and as a teacher in TN and Ireland. Seth holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Notre Dame as well as an MBA from George Mason University.
