Francesco Rossi graduated in physics at the University of Firenze in 1995, and then in Health Physics in 1997. Since 1998 he works in the AOU Careggi University hospital in Firenze, the largest hospital in Tuscany. His main activity field is personal dosimetry, as he runs the service that provides personal dosemeters for more than half Tuscany. This is the first Italian service accredited according to the ISO 17025 standard, since 2016.
Since 2010 he is full member of EURADOS and member of WG2.
