Nicole Collins is a forward-thinking industry expert and storyteller with deep expertise in brand building, strategy, influencer marketing, and partnership development. She has been disrupting the beauty industry by propelling dynamic start-up companies to prominence for over 15 years. In 2017 she co-founded YUME Beauty Ltd. with YouTube personality Michelle Phan and Chinese business partners to distribute American beauty brands in China via cross-border e-commerce. In 2012 she founded ipsy’s brand partnerships team. She successfully introduced ipsy to the beauty industry and secured partnerships with brands that have endured allowing ipsy to establish itself as the world's largest and most profitable beauty sample subscription company.
