Mr. Eijsink is since 2017 CEO of NN Life Japan, a company specialized in life insurance for SMEs. In these years, he introduced many new technologies in the company’s processes and he made NN the first financial services company in Japan to embrace a Scaled Agile organization. Before, as CEO NN Life Turkey, he launched the auto-enrollment pension scheme. During 2012-2014 Mr. Eijsink worked in ING Insurance Amsterdam to oversee the groupwide introduction of Solvency II and managed part of IPO preparations for NN Group. Until 2012, as CEO ING Life Luxembourg he led a market entry into Italy. During 2006-2008 he established a corporate startup for annuities across Europe. Before, he worked as strategy consultant. He holds an MSc degree in Physics and an MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences.
