Bio
Matthias Jung completed the study of Computational Science with a doctoral degree. He came to IBM through an acquisition in 2008, and joined the colleagues who had joined IBM through the FileNet acquisition shortly before. For the next 10 years he supported our FileNet and ECM Customers through a split role, working for the IBM Software Support team in Dublin, and as Accelerated Value Program Specialist. In 2018 he joined the Digital Business Automation SWAT Team, and shares his vast experience by helping our customers, recently also on the rollout of the container releases.
