Head of Core Market Sales, Workplace Investing, Fidelity Investments

Amy Philbrook is the head of Core Market Sales for Fidelity Investment’s Workplace Investing business, a leading provider of retirement plan services and workplace benefits for America’s small businesses. Ms. Philbrook assumed her current position in 2020 and leads a team of over one hundred and twenty sales professionals focused on America’s small businesses. In her role, she is responsible for the effort to ensure that Fidelity is helping small businesses and the advisors that serve them select the best retirement and workplace benefit plan solutions for their employees. Ms. Philbrook joined Fidelity in 1995 and has held a variety of positions throughout the firm, including in human resources, compliance, retirement investment services, marketing and sales, and quality assurance and risk management. Prior to assuming her current role, she served as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for all of Fidelity’s financial services businesses. She brings her expertise, passion for, and commitment to diversity and inclusion with her into her role leading Core Market Sales. Ms. Philbrook received a bachelor of science in political science and government from Northeastern University.
