Stephanie Ngo is Senior Vice President of Member Development & Marketing at Frosty Acres Brands, a national cooperative of independent food distributors. She helped execute CEO Bill Lewis’s vision for SMART Solutions, a digital marketing engagement platform created in partnership with Pepper, designed to give independent distributors access to the same advanced tools and insights that larger players rely on.
Her career spans leadership roles supporting Walmart and Sysco, where she built systems to connect brand strategy, data, and execution. Today, she focuses on strengthening the position of independent distributors at the center of foodservice by blending relationships, data, and technology to create sustainable, profitable growth. Stephanie’s passion is ensuring independents remain competitive and relevant in a marketplace that is rapidly being reshaped by technology.
